Review of Avon Glimmersticks Brights eyeliner in cobalt cool:-

Avon comes up with new launches of Glimmersticks brights eyeliner in four new shades in which I got the opportunity to review the “cobalt cool” one. Avon sends me this lovely blue eyeliner pencils for review purpose.

Avon claims the Glimmersticks Brights as the brighter and more intense color for electrifying eye look. It glides smoothly, softly and evenly.

The slim eyeliner pencil is so smooth in texture that it glides super easily. It comes in a twist up packaging where there is no mess with sharpener and thus no wastage of product. The color is just perfect for everyone. The texture of the eye pencil is smooth. Okay now the most serious part of this eyeliner, the pigmentation of the eyeliner is not so good, in fact I tried to apply it as eyeshadow by smudging it a bit but it spread out unevenly on my lids. The eyeliner particularly this one is not smudge proof at all as it can’t even survive well in my waterline for 2 hours but if you want to wear it as an eyeliner only then it is really good which is the actual purpose of this eyeliner. The color is buildable by 2-3 swipes. 

So here is my eotd where in one I tried to use the eyeliner as eyeshadow in which I found the shade is medium pigmented and uneven on eye lid, whereas in other one I tried to use the eyeliner pencil as eyeliner where I am really happy with the color payoff.
