Mac Ruben & Toledo collection Blush Ombre In shade Ripe Peach:-

“MAKEUP IS THE ART AND BEAUTY IS THE SPIRIT” so keeping this spirit high here I am finally at the last step of reviewing Mac RUBEN & TOLEDO COLLECTION. The last product from this collection that I am reviewing today is a beautiful ombre blush RIPE PEACH which I just brought along with two lipsticks Victoriana that I already reviewed here  and Tenor voice that I reviewed here

According to Mac about these ombre blushes:-
A powder blush featuring a shade wave of gentle ombré hues. Ultra-fine formula provides flawless, medium-buildable coverage and natural-looking radiance. Specially designed white packaging features Ruben’s illustrations of graphic lines and faces in his one-of-a-kind aesthetic.

There was 3 limited-edition Blush Ombres released with MAC’s Toledo Collection. They are:-
  • Ripe Peach: Light coral
  • Azalea Blossom: Light cool pink
  • Kindergarten Red: Crimson into pale nude
AND AMONG THE THREE I CHOOSE RIPE PEACH TO BE THE LUCKY BLUSH THAT SHOULD BE ADDED TO MY STASH….LOLZZZ.

Price: - Rs.2400/- which is just too much for a blush (I swear I would not have brought this blush if I have at least one of these kind of ombre blush in my makeup stash).

Ripe peach is a beautiful ombre blush from peach to a pink-coral shade in the pan. And when mixed together, it is a beautiful soft orange-peach shade with gold shimmer.
Mac already launches ombre blushes before which are quite similar to these ombre blushes and so I don’t think there is any variety in the blushes except the packaging but as I skipped the former launched ombre blushes so this time I was decided I will not miss the blush atleast.

The blushes comes in a beautiful matte white packaging with cute patterns of eyes and lips on it. The packaging is really cute. The blush comes in a plastic packaging which I don’t think much sturdy moreover the lid open and close very easily as it has magnetic lid. I wish it lock little more securely as I always in hurry…

The blush have sheer pigmentation. When I tried to swatch it on my hand with my blush brush I found it hardly showing on my hands so I have to swatch it with fingers to show the shade. Mac already describe that the blushes are “medium- buildable” one which I think are really good option for fair skin people  like me and for beginners who trying their hands out in blushes as they never end up look like clown.

The blush is not so soft in texture neither too chalky in texture. It need to be layered a bit to show up on my NC 35 skin tone. It stays pretty 4-5 hours before fading but if you sweat a lot then definitely this blush is not for you as it will hardly stay 2-3 hours on you.

Over in all I just love the blush no matter how pricey it is as at the end of the day the ombre designer kind of blush makes all the difference along with the limited edition packaging.

Now as the blush is a limited edition so you might not get it as it is already sold out in most stores but there are few other brands which have some affordable ombre blush and too near about same quality of Mac. Well, I will do a separate post on that as my today’s focus is this beautiful pretty blush all from MAC……!

And finally it’s me with the blush on my cheek, which is hard to catch up on pictures but it gives a very nice natural coral flush on cheek!!!

See you in my next post …till then keep blushing and stay beautiful ;)
