Faces Velvet matte lipstick in shade “I Do”:-

Yes, apart from high end brand there are few drugstore that I just love to buy and among them Faces is a brand which is one of my favorite. The most affordable and budget friendly drugstore brand can give pretty good competition to many high end brand in their quality.

And today I am going to share my experience with my recent buy lipstick from Faces in Velvet matte range. 

Price: - Rs.649/- for 4.5g

Here are the picture for the list of ingredients of the lipstick along with it claim:-

The lipstick comes in black matte packaging with the name of the brand “faces” written on the black case. The lipstick is 4.5g which I think a lot and it will go for long way. The texture of the lipstick is very smooth and so it glide smoothly on lips. The lipstick although claim to be true matte but on my lips it is satin matte for first hours after that it turn true matte but transfer a bit. The lipstick fades evenly too on my lips for which it don’t look odd after fading. The lipstick is moisturizing one but it don’t hydrate your lips so proper exfoliation and moisturisation is necessary before applying the lipstick.

Coming to the shade, well I was looking for some neutral shades as I have enough of pinks and reds and so I wanted something that I can wear daytime without looking doll up and Faces “I Do” lipstick is just perfect for day wear. It is beautiful neutral shade which I think can be the nearest dupe of Mac lipstick “Mehr”. I am now using it every single day as I just love the color and it really brighten up face with minimal makeup or goes really well with my Smokey eyes look too.

And here i used the lipstick faces "i do" on my upper lips and Mac cosmetics lipstick "Mehr" on lower lips.

I love faces lipstick and according to me I think the way every drugstore increasing their prices it is now hard to buy drugstore too whereas Faces cosmetics have few products which are still easy to pocket and yes the quality is much more better than many drugstore brands.
