Hunger always kill us when we are specially in diet and that is the actual struggle for most fitness freak people.
There's is no shame in sharing that I put on few kilos while I was back to my home Kolkata, so again after coming back to Delhi, I am back to my fitness regime. In between my fitness routine "EATANYTIME" brand send me these bars to try out.
Now a person who is in fitness regime can't taste food to just review it for readers so I check back with the brand where they assure me these are healthy snack they are sending me to try out.
The snacks I received are MANGO GINGER, BUTTERSCOTCH, CHOCO PEANUT BUTTER, and ORANGE.

Now as these snacks bar are claimed to healthy one so I tested all personally along with my diet and fitness regime. So to read my thoughts through a fitness person eye kindly read on...
Taste always matter for me whenever it comes to eating any food or snacks. I eat a very healthy way and I make sure I don't eat anything that my body doesn't want (whenever I am on diet but for rest of my life I enjoy everything as I am a big foodie).
So first of all these snacks are really tasty. A very interesting combination of snacks that I tried out for the first time (talking about MANGO-GINGER one). But my personal favorite one is CHOCO PEANUT BUTTER.
All the snacks bar had no added sugar. These are gluten free, trans fat-free, saturated fat-free, cholesterol free. I have tasted all bar send by the brand in each day one bar and I note down that with proper diet and exercise I didn't gain any extra kilos eating this snacks bar.
Overall after trying out all these bars all I can conclude that firstly, these are definitely some health bar which will fulfill your craving/hunger for having some snacks in between the meals. Secondly, as there is preservative in this bar so definitely it doesn't mean you can eat it every day to stop your unwanted hunger when you are on a fitness routine. Thirdly as these are many healthy snacks bar (compare to all those fried snacks and a bar of chocolate or a packet full of chips) so definitely you can have it on your 2/3 in a week ;)
