GM DIET:-



Hey friends,
I hope you already got the idea about today’s topic. Yes it is all about the most raved diet that everybody who want to lose weight are talking about….GM DIET. I guess you already know about this as Google have thousands of articles on it or you can google it over “what is GM DIET and why it is introduced? “.  I am not going to lengthen up my post with those same kind of lines over GM DIET so you better google it folks… it’s easy …;)

I know you must have got bored or confused between those thousands of GM diet lists and it’s good effects. So, today I am going to share my experience of GM DIET that I just finished last week.

You can find out loads of articles over GM diet of 7 days for both vegetarian and Non-vegetarian. As I am a non-vegetarian so I will share my way of GM DIET OF 7 DAYS.

Yes, I do made few changes in so called GM DIET...here is my version of diet for 7 days. 
 
IN THESE 7 DAYS I HAD 3 LITRES OF WATER EVERYDAY INCLUDING TEA AND LEMON WATER. FROM FRIDAY OR FROM 5TH DAY I INCREASE MY WATER INTAKE TO 3.5 LITRES AS I STARTED TAKING PROTEIN FOR LAST THREE DAYS AND TOMOTOES ON 5TH DAY ONLY WHICH ARE HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE FOR INCREASING URIC ACID. AND YES I DRANK 250ML OF GREEN TEA FOUR TIMES EVERYDAY ON ENTIRE WEEK TO STOP MYSELF FROM CRAVING FOR FOOD.

MONDAY: STARTING MY DAY WITH LUKE WARM WATER WITH LEMON SQUEEZED IN IT. FOLLOWED BY TEA WITHOUT SUGAR. ON BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER I HAD ALL KINDS OF FRUITS EXCEPT BANANAS. IN EVENING AS I WAS CRAVING FOR TEA SO I HAVE 100ML OF TEA WITHOUT SUGAR. 

TUESDAY: - STARTING UP WITH LEMON WATER FOLLOWED BY TEA. THEN ONE BIG SIZE POTATO (BOILED). EATING POTATO IS ALLOWED ONLY ONCE TODAY THAT TOO IN BREAKFAST ONLY, REST OF DAY NO POTATO. ON BREAKFAST, LUNCH DINNER I HAVE ALL KIND OF VEGETABLES. I MADE CABBAGE SOUPS TO FILL UP MY STOMACH. 3 LITRES OF WATER WHOLE DAY. I DRANK TEA IN THE EVENING ALSO TO STOP CRAVING OF FOOD.

WEDNESDAY: - I CAN HAVE ALL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES TODAY EXCEPT BANANA AND POTATO AND TOMATOES. I HAD MY LEMON WATER AND TEA WITHOUT SUGAR IN MORNING AND EVENING. FOLLOWED BY FRUITS IN BREAKFAST. CABBAGE SOUP WITHOUT TOMATOES AND POTATOES FOR LUNCH AND DINNER. 

THURSDAY: - TODAY ON ENTIRE DAY YOU HAVE ONLY 6 BANANAS AND 750ML OF SKIMMED MILK. I MADE BANANA SHAKE AND HAVE 3 TIMES ON THAT DAY. I TOOK MY LEMON WATER AND TEA ALSO LIKE I DID ON LAST THREE DAYS. IT IS THE HARDEST DAY.

FRIDAY: - FINALLY I CAN EAT PROTEIN TODAY. SO I CHOOSE 6 EGGS DIVIDED IN THREE MEALS ALONG WITH 6 TOMATOES ONLY. YOU CAN HAVE 500GM OF CHICKEN ALONG WITH 6 TOMATOES INSTEAD. I MADE TOMATO SOUPS AND HAVE IT 3TIMES ON THAT DAY ALONG WITH BOILED EGGS ALONG IT.

TOMATO SOUP !

SATURDAY &  SUNDAY: - I HAD CHICKEN 500gm ON ENTIRE DAY ALONG WITH 100GM OF RICE ON BOTH DAYS ON LUNCH ONLY.
I LOSE 5 KG WITHOUT ANY EXERCISE ONLY JUST BY FOLLOWING THIS DIET FOR 7 DAYS.

So these was my diet of seven days. Coming to the effects of GM DIET.

EFFECT OF GM DIET:-

  • I FEEL LIGHT FROM VERY FIRST DAY.
  • FEELS HYDRATED FROM INSIDE.
  • ENERGETIC TO DO WORK.
  • LOST 5KG ON 7 DAYS.
I read loads of articles on GM diet where people talking about it’s good effect only. I was surprised to see and read that why people skip the side effects of this diet. They didn’t even share the drawbacks of it. So I decided I will write it  in my post …
SIDE EFFECTS OF GM DIET:-

  • IT ACTUALLY SUPPORTING TO STARVE PEOPLE SO THAT THEY LOSE WEIGHT. HOW?
  •  WELL, IN THE DIET CHART LEAVING THE FIRST THREE DAYS FROM FOURTH DAY YOU ACTUALLY DON’T HAVE OR NOT PERMITTED TO EAT ANYTHING ON SNACKS, EXCEPT 4-5 GLASS OF WATER. IT MEANS IF YOU STARVE YOU HAVE TO FILL YOURSELF WITH WATER WHICH IS NOT CORRECT. BECAUSE WHEN OUR BODY FOUND THAT WE ARE MAKING IT STARVE THEN IT WILL START TO STORE FAT FROM FOOD WHENEVER YOU EAT.
  • GM DIET TOTALLY LACKS YOU IN ENERGY OF DOING ANY HARD WORK.
  • THE LOW DIET FOOD MAKES YOU LESS EERGETIC AND EASILY TIRED WHILE DOING ANY HARD WORK.
  • THE BRAIN WILL CRAVE BADLY FOR FOOD. SOMETIME IT WILL JUST GO OUT OF CONTROL.
  • ALTHOUGH YOU WILL FEEL LIGHT WEIGHT FROM INSIDE BUT YOU WILL LOOK TIRED FROM OUTSIDE.
  • THE CRAVING FOR FOODS WILL LEAD TO SO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOURSELF THAT YOU WILL STOP THINKING OF ANYTHING ELSE.
  • MOOD SWING, GETTING IRRITATED EASILY ARE JUST THE PART OF THIS DIET.
So, in short or I can say coming to the conclusion of GM DIET is the diet which is  definitely useful one but very hard to follow and not good for health. I believe if you want to stay fit and healthy it is important to eat right and do exercise properly. We should always follow those diet and exercise that we can continue throughout our life. GM diet is not good when you are planning to stay slim and fit in long run. It is a temporary solution to get slim and look good because once you go back to your normal food you will gain weight again (atleast I did). If you want to look slim for any upcoming occasion then Gm diet is the best way to achieve your desired weight in short time. But is it scientifically harmful.
END POINT:-

AS I SAID EARLIER THAT I LOSE 5 KGS IN 7 DAYS WHILE FEELING LIGHT AND HAPPY FROM INSIDE BUT STARTED TO LOOK LIKE A TIRED PERSON WITH LITTLE BIT OF DARK CIRCLES ON UNDER EYE ALONG WITH TIRED SKIN AND DULL FACE AND HIGH COLLAR BONE. IT LOOK LIKE THOSE VICTORIA SECRET MODELS (SKELETON) WITHOUT MAKEUP. 

IT IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THAT I THOUGHT I SHOULD SHARE AND WARN YOU ALL BEFORE YOU START YOUR GM DIET. WHATEVER SIDE EFFECT I FOUND IN MYSELF I SHARED, IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME SIDE EFFECTS. GM DIET MIGHT NOT WORK THAT GOOD AS I EXPECTED BUT MAY BE IT TURN OUT GOOD FOR YOU. BUT DO CONSULT A DOCTOR BEFORE YOU START YOUR GM DIET.

  1. OMG! god bless you. I cant even think of staying hunger. it makes me go mad. Must say you are real strong at will. Congrats!

  2. I will try this GM Diet just to boost myself up losing some weight at the end of the week. I just hope it works.fingers crossed. But thank you for being so blatantly honest with your experience. I am all up to push myself to see my limits. Lets hope.
