So finally I am back on track with double enthusiasm as from
now I will try to post videos on my youtube channel too along with my blog. It
is definitely a tough thing for me to maintain blog and video channel but I am
enjoying every bit of your all comments and likes and love and support on my
social media. The appreciation I use to get from you all for my makeup that
finally I am coming up with loads of tutorials over makeup…
Anyways get back to my today’s post…it is all about Lakme
newly launched matte lip tint that already creating hype on makeup world…and
almost everyone reviewed it on their blog and so I am here to share my views
over these lip tints…
It was an impulsive buy seeing my favorite actress Kareena
Kapoor featuring lip tints on advertisements…hahaaaa, we girls always look for
excuses I know ;)
PRICE: - Rs.650/- each
Among all the shades I found these two are bit my kind off
shades. I pick VICTORIAN ROSE because I love the matte coral pink shade, and I pick
MAGENTA MAGIC as I am now more into bold dark kin of shades than my usual
Barbie pink kind off shades.
The lip tints comes in a pencil like packaging but
thankfully it don’t need to sharpen. It comes up with twist up and thus no
wastage of product while sharpening.
When it comes about Lakme, I remember I have an emotional
attachment with this brand as it was the one and only brand that I used to
prefer in my college days and use to recommend it to every single friends of
mine. But slowly as Lakme started to hike their price comparing to the quality
detoriation I stopped buying Lakme and never look back to this brand until I
saw this Lip tints…
It took 6 long years to start again with Lakme. Yes, these
lip tint are my current favorites. As this is the first time that Lakme
successfully launched something really good at affordable price. The lip tint
are true matte in texture. A proper exfoliated lips is must have before
applying these lip tints else it definitely going to look patchy on dry lips.
These lip tints are actually perfect for summer season which means they are not
meant for dry winters. The light shade Victorian Rose fades evenly on my lips
while the dark shade Magenta Magic leave a dark pink stain on my lips.
Over in all I really love the concept of Lakme lip tint
matte in such an affordable price. But almost all shades are easy dupable so I
wish Lakme comes up with some new shades idea.
