Eye shadows are my second favorite thing in makeup after Lipsticks. And so I keep buying eyeshadows when I am not buying any lipsticks...lot. So today I am going to share my experience with Colourpop Fem Rosa collection. The collection launched last year (2017) which consists of two beautiful palettes. One is Fem Rosa She Pressed Powder Eye Shadow Palette and another is Fem Rosa Her Pressed powder Cheek Palette. Fem Rosa, She Pressed Powder Eye Shadow Palette was priced $16, which I bought in Rs.1600/- from an Instagram stores. Fem Rosa Her Pressed powder Cheek Palette was priced $15, which I bought in Rs.1450/- from the same Instagram seller (not mentioning her page name as I guess she stops her business). Packaging:- Both the palette can be given 10/10 just for the packaging. Both come in a beautiful packaging of pink carton box. The palette itself comes in beautiful pink and red roses combination hard box. Both the palette has a magnetic closure. All the name of the eyeshadows are written at the back of the carton box and at the back of the palette too. Both the palette has no mirror in it. And both the palette has very sleek packaging and they are very lightweight. So both are the travel-friendly palette. My experience:- Fem Rosa, She Pressed Powder Eye Shadow Palette:- The very first time I saw the palette I love it. Not because it has some awesome shades which I don't have in my stash but it is all because of packaging that I grabbed it. Now the Colourpop brand has some awesome eyeshadows quality. I have few pressed single eyeshadows too before so I was pretty sure about the eyeshadow quality of this palette. And yes, this palette stand out my expectation too. The palette is basically a warm based palette with mostly pinks, peach, plum, coral and copper shades which are just perfect to create any kind of look. The eyeshadows are buttery in texture and they blend super easily on eyelids. The eyeshadows stay forever on eyelids until you remove it. They have very minimal fallouts. And these eyeshadows don't crease on crease line too.
Overall I love the palette and I wish I could recommend it to all but it is now oos in Colourpop Website. Fem Rosa Her Pressed powder Cheek Palette:- Lately, the concept of having one bronzer, one blush and one highlighter is found in many brands. And this concept actually very handy when you are traveling or in hurry. So it was started with Sugar cosmetics Contour De force palette (reviewed here) that my second purchase was this Fem Rosa Her Pressed powder Cheek Palette. The palette has a bronzer, a highlighter and a matte pink blush which is just perfect for fair to medium skin tone beauties. The pigmentation of all bronzer, blush, and highlighter are awesome. One swipe and you can see the color. One should use the bronzer light handed as it is that much pigmented. The blush is a beautiful matte pink and super pigmented. The highlighter is a beautiful golden sheen kind of highlighter and it can be used as blinding highlighter for party makeup or very light handed too for any day look. Overall I am just loving this palette and happy that I grabbed both before they gone. My final verdict:- Both the palette according to my opinion is awesome in every way. The packaging, pigmentation, quality of the shades everything is damn good. But now as it is oos and if you feel like buying it then let me tell you honestly that the eyeshadows in that palette are pretty dupeable and the cheek palette is dupeable too (many drugstore brands have this kind of palette now) so you can check in other brands too.
That's all for today, I will catch you in my next post. Until then bye.... Your friendly blogger Sammy :*
"Sometimes you need to make your lipstick tell the story". So today's topic is all about a lipstick which is the first ever liquid lipstick of the brand itself and my first buy from this brand too.
Yes, today I am going to review and swatch SUGARPILL TRINKET LIQUID LIP COLOR.
Price:- 18$ for 6ml of product (Rs.1500-1800/- approx. from Instagram seller stores).
A little more info about SUGARPILL TRINKET LIQUID LIP COLOR:-
Sugarpill's very first liquid lipstick, and the original matte-to-sparkle formula that started it all! Creamy matte mauve infused with luminous golden sparkles that shine brighter as the formula sets. Ultra-pigmented and super long-lasting. Our creamy, mousse-like formula never feels dry on your lips! Creamsicle scented. The lip color is Vegan.
INGREDIENTS:- Isododecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, Kaolin, Petrolatum, Isobutylmethacrylate/Bis-Hydroxypropyl, Dimethicone Acrylate Copolymer, Synthetic Beeswax, Dimethicone, Polyester/Dimethicone/IPDI Copolymer, Polysilicone-11, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Trihydroxystearin, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate May Contain (+/-): Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Silica, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77492), Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850), Red 30 Lake (CI 73360), Tin Oxide
Packaging:-
The lip color comes in a white and pink combo carton box. The actual lip color comes in a beautiful ombre tube which looks so cute. The wand of the lip color is a slanting doe foot applicator for which it is very easy to apply the lip color on my lips.
My experience:-
Sugarpill Trinket Liquid Lip Color was on my wishlist from pretty long time and finally, I decided to grab it. I grab it last October but as usual, other things keep me so busy that I forget to review it on my blog.
It is a vegan lip color. This is my first time that I was trying out a lip color which is matte-to-sparkle one. The texture of the lip color is very lightweight and creamy mousse kind of formula for which I guess it never feels dry on my lips. The color is undoubtedly so pretty that I can wear it anywhere and anytime. The lip color turns true matte within few seconds of applications. It smells like a donut/ candy/orange (see, am pretty confused with the smell...but I am trying really hard ) which I just loveeeeeeee. The lip color stays pretty 7 hours without any crumble or drying my lips further. This one is definitely a comfort matte one. The lip color is pigmented one as one or two swipes is just enough to get the opaque coverage and it is not at all patchy (which mostly liquid lighter shades usually have).
Down points:-
The lip color can be described as "peachy nude" or "bubblegum pink" kind of color (trust me I am trying hard to describe it as much as I can). It is one of the unique shade that I ever tried or ever have in my stash. But the shade is perfect for fair to medium skin tone beauties only. The lip color although stays solid 7 hours on my lips but the sparkle migrate here and there around the lips after five hours or so or if you mistakenly touch your lips (oopsie!!!)then it will spread everywhere near your lips.
Now every makeup has some pros or cons no matter which brand it belongs, I just shared my personal opinion on this lip color. Definitely, the presence of sparkle to this lip color adds a uniqueness in it but at the same point I can't ignore the down points too (you know bloggers job are really tough!)
But overall this one is my very first liquid lip color from this brand and I am just loving it too much.
That's all for today, I will catch you in my next post. Until then bye....

How to Apply: Gently remove the excess from the
applicator first. Use its curved tip to apply the liquid lipstick like a
liner. Then swipe the lipstick on to fill in your lips. Benefits: The SUGAR Suede Secret Matte Lipcolour
applies wet then dries down to an ultra-matte yet ultra-comfortable
finish that doesn't budge. Its formula is infused with moisturizing
jojoba oil and shea butter that give lips a smooth, nondrying finish.
The curved applicator is designed to hug lips of all shapes and makes it
easy to stencil and colour in between the lines.
Packaging:- The lip color comes in a frosty transparent tube. One can see the color from outside. The packaging of the lipsticks is really nice. The square size of the tube occupies a small space in my stash. The wand is pretty nice and doe foot kind off for which it is very easy to line and fill the lip color on my lips. Overall packaging wise the packaging of these lip color are really nice :)
My experience:-
The texture of the lip color is not runny neither thick. A well-balanced of texture that evenly spread on my lips. The lip color takes time to dry out but once it dried it looked like true matte on lips. The lipstick is very light in texture and one can't feel that she is wearing something on lips. It is that much good. The lipsticks are true matte but if you rub your fingers on your lips it will come out a little bit. But that doesn't mean it will fade, as it nicely stained the lips once dried. The lip color doesn't dry up my lips with time and so it stays comfortably matte on my lips for hours (5/6 hours). The lip color doesn't transfer on your cups or if you drink something but sometimes it fades a little bit from the middle part of lips if you having some oily food (as usual like other liquid matte lip colors). The lip color although stains my lips a little bit but they are very easy to remove too.
I have swatched all 7 shades in my video here. Hope it will help you.
That's all for today, I will catch you in my next post. Until then bye....
The best way to color your eyes are Eyeshadows...lol :P silly me, always trying to start in a dramatic way but end up doing a mess :P
So, better I start normally...
"Finally, the day has arrived when I am up with the review and swatches and fotd using SUGAR COSMETICS EYE SHADOW PALETTE. You can call me weird as when makeup world (INDIA only) going gaga over this SUGAR COSMETICS BLEND THE RULES EYESHADOW PALETTE, I was just sitting back waiting for my palettes to arrive and watching all beautiful makeup pictures of other bloggers and was thinking that "what I am going to review? Everybody already pointed out everything..." but still when I received those palettes, my heart was pounded out in excitement and I decided no matter how late I am I will be reviewing these pretties on my blog definitely..."
So, Sugar cosmetics launched these BLEND THE RULES EYESHADOW PALETTE in two big palettes and 18 quads (well, that's a huge range of quads...). The two big palettes are priced Rs.1599/- each containing 10 eyeshadows in each palette. The small quads are priced Rs.699/- each containing 4 eyeshadows in each quad.
Information:- Unleash your inner artist and create a makeup masterpiece every day with the SUGAR Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Palettes. With a range of 17 high-performing mattes and extra-creamy metallics, these super-pigmented shades are infinitely smooth and incredibly easy to blend. Snap up these jaw-dropping hues in 2 breath-taking ten-shade palettes that come with a dual-ended applicator - it has around blending brush at one end and a doe-tip sponge at the other. But wait, did we bring up its uber-chic packaging yet? This gorgeous tray of colors is built to dethrone the current pride of your vanity display. Talk about eye candy!
How To Apply
Start by taking a color that is a shade or two darker than your skin tone and run it back and forth onto your crease as a transition shade Start blending at the point where you want the deepest color, like the outer corner and aim toward the place where you want the lightest color. By doing this, a gradient will be created by the color choice alone Next, go for the shimmer shade on the lid to get that pop. Use the doe-tip sponge applicator or a damp flat brush or your finger for that additional depth Use a darker shade on the crease to define the eye shape. Start applying from the outer corner of the eye, making a ‘V’, and blend it halfway through the eyelid with the round eyeshadow blending brush
Easy Shade Guide:
The lightest color usually works well as a brow bone highlighter. The second lightest color usually looks good on the lid and creates a base to apply the shade of your choice, matte or shimmer The second darkest color usually works best on the crease The darkest color usually works best in the outer corner
Benefits: Each of the 17 shades in the SUGAR Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Palette range is richly pigmented, blendable without loss of pay-off and lasts for hours without creasing or smudging. This product is dermatologically tested & approved and 100% safe for your skin.

May Contain: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Carmine, Ferric, Ferrocyanide, Bismuth Oxychloride, Ultramarines, Red 7 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake.
I am an eyeshadow collector and so I decided to pick up those two big palettes instead of those quads. The quads are a basically smaller version of these two big eyeshadow palettes.
Packaging:- The eyeshadow palettes come in a black cardboard box. At the back of the black cardboard box, there are all the details regarding the palette has written like price, date of expiry etc.etc. The upper lid of eyeshadow palette has the abstract signature design of Sugar cosmetics. The eyeshadow palette comes in a really hard cardboard packaging. I must tell you the palettes are really heavy and too sturdy. The palette contains a mirror and a dual-ended brush. So, overall the palette is perfect to carry during traveling.
My experience:- As I told you earlier that I am an eyeshadow lover so it is obvious that I already have a huge collection of eyeshadow palette. But when sugar launched these palettes I decided to grab it as I wanted to try it out for my blog. I have tried many drugstore brand eyeshadow but till now there is no such brand that can satisfy me fully but my search of good eyeshadow palettes in drugstore brand hopefully ends here after I bought SUGAR COSMETICS BLEND THE RULES EYESHADOW PALETTE. The eyeshadows have buttery in texture. They have good pigmentation. The matte shades have little fallouts but all the shimmery shades have almost no fallout. The pigmentation of shimmery shades is best to compare to the matte one in the palette. The eyeshadows are easy to blend and they work equally good with wet and dry brushes. The staying power of eyeshadows is really good. With proper eye base, they stay almost throughout the day and without any eye base they still stay intact during winter while fades from crease line only a little bit after 5/6 hours during hot and sweaty summer (but that is very common if you have oily eyelids for which a proper base is suggested during summer). Coming to the shades choice in the palettes, both the palette has a very safe range of shade choices for which you can pick any one of them or both of them. 01 VOGUE
