Review of Avon Pop Love lipstick In shade Strawberry

Girls love strawberries and so I am and so when the scents of strawberry add in our lipstick we simply love it …recently Avon launches three new pop love lipstick in Strawberry, Watermelon and Chocolate. Among which I am reviewing Strawberry today.

Price: - Rs.199/- but in this month offer it is Rs.129/-

What the new pop love lipstick claims:-

Full color finish with added natural moisturizing. Contains vitamin E.

The packaging of these new lipsticks are as usual comes in a violet bullet. As I told earlier it comes in a three flavors…strawberry, watermelon and chocolate. I brought the strawberry one. 

The lipstick is smooth and glides easily on lips without any tugging or pulling of lips. The shade of the lipstick can be described as pinkish red or strawberry pink. The lipstick is quite pigmented and the staying power of the lipstick on my lips is nearly approx. 3 hours without any meal. I admit it can’t survive heavy meal for which re-application of the lipstick is suggested.  But when it fades it leaves a nice pink tint on my lips.. The lipstick smells like fruity that linger on and on for first hour for which I always feel like licking my lips. The texture of the lipstick is moisturizing for which although the lipstick looks like matte one but it is quite moisturizing and gives satin finish to lips and there is no shimmer in it.

Okay so summing up the entire post again in pros and cons.

 Pros:-

·         1.Affordable price.

·         2.Available in three nice flavors.

·         3.The smell of the lipstick is fruity.

·        4. Pigmented.

·        5. Moistens my lips.

·         6.No shimmer in it.

·         7.The lipstick stays pretty 3 hours which I think is okay compare to the price.

Now coming to the cons:-

·         The only con is availability as Avon products are only available through Avon representative.

My final verdict: - 

I think this particular range of lipsticks is ideal for college goers or for the teens specially but the price of the lipstick is so affordable that you can happily grab at least one or all 3 :)
