After the crazy haul from ColourPop cosmetics liquid matte lipsticks(you can read the review here) and matte lippie stix (you can read the review here), I turn my interest towards matte lippie stix. The matte lippie stix is the next best lippie stix after matte x lippie range. This collection consists of matte lippies that has a satin finish.

I choose five beautiful shades from this huge range of matte lippie stixs, LUMIERE, BRINK, HEART ON, I HEART THIS and HYPE GIRL.
Coming to the shades description:-
LUMIERE, A dusty mauve pink in a matte finish created by the lovely KathleenLights . According to her "I wanted a color that both bold and shy people could wear. It's not a nude..it would look great on EVERYONE!". BRINK, a warm dusty taupe in a matte finish. HEART ON, a bright cool-toned magenta in a matte finish. I HEART THIS, a red based fuchsia in a matte finish. HYPE GIRL, a soft coral neutral in the matte finish.
I choose each from every kind of shade from the matte range and so there is the perfect mixture from daily wear neutrals to night out party pink shades.
Packaging:-
The lippies come in a white sleek packaging. It is so sleek that it look like a pen, so it can easily carry everywhere in a small purse too. I prefer to carry these sleek lippies during traveling as they fit easily in small space. The lipstick comes out in a twist up the pattern, the shape of the bullet is so well designed that it is easy to apply the lipstick on thin lips direct from a bullet. In fact, one can line the lips with the lippie stix too.
My Experience:-
All the lippie stix, whether they are light or bold shades, all are pretty pigmented one. The lippies are although matte but I found they have satin kind of finish that settle down to a comfort matte texture. They have a mild candy kind of smell that disappear after few seconds of application. The lippies are not hydrating one but at the same time, they are not over drying your lips. It glides smoothly on lips and stays approx 4 hours on my lips.
Overall I love the matte lippie stix from ColourPop cosmetics after the matte x range. The quantity and the quality you getting in five dollars is totally worth buying.

Hey ya, "Love for lipstick will never die until I am alive" It was started with a single lippie stix from the brand "Colour Pop". And it lasts forever I guess. The brand is growing up slowly and they are launching some really beautiful shades in affordable price.
Colour Pop cosmetics launched ultra matte lip shades which are liquid matte lipsticks like the famous "Lime crime Velvetines". The range of this liquid matte lipstick is so huge that I am pretty sure that it has every shade for everyone. So when the whole beauty blogging world raving about this ultra matte liquid lipstick I decided to grab few . So, recently I brought two ultra matte lip shade. Both are hottest selling lip shades. One is "Mars", a beautiful fuschia red shade and another is "More Better" is described as deep violet wine. Although it is described as deep violet wine but I found it has a beautiful pink/violet cool undertone. I brought the lipsticks from Instagram and Facebook seller LaChicWik in Rs.850/- each.
Colour pop Ultra matte lip shades are liquid matte lip shades. These are matte lip colours. It comes in a transparent tube with a wand applicator. The consistency of the lipstick is not so runny neither so thick. It glides super smoothly on lips and it turns out matte within few seconds of applying. The wand is a pretty comfortable one to apply lipsticks. Due to the transparent packaging of the lipsticks, it is simple yet easy to check the shade without opening it. The ultra matte liquid lipstick is actually drying matte lip colour. So it is very obvious that it will tend to dry your lips more. I prefer to pre moisturise my lips overnight before applying the lipstick so that I can save my lips a little bit from getting dry with time. But, still after 1-2 hours it tends to dry out lips a lot and turn out little flaky too.
These lipsticks are transfer-proof and they are hard to remove too, so you need some oil makeup remover to remove these lipsticks. The lipsticks are so drying that it make prominent the crease line of lips making it look really chapped and ugly. And if you dare to smile then definitely people going to see your horrible cracked lipstick. I really wonder that India although is a summer-oriented country still these lip colours tend to dry out the lips on sweaty summers days then how foreign bloggers use to carry these ultra matte lip shades in cold oriented countries...??? :(
It is from my personal experience that I found "Mars" is a bit more drying on my lips than "More Better". The dryness of the lipsticks can make you feel little uncomfortable after few hours. So I prefer to apply a lip balm on my lips 15minutes before applying the lipstick and then remove the excess of lip balm just by dabbing it. In these way, the lip shades look way better and stay better.
Both the shades are pretty dupable ones. I found Mars is a bit darker pink shade than Mac "To matte with love" retro matte lipstick. While "More Better" is just the exact dupe of "Mac Fashion Revival" lipstick.
Colour Pop is an international brand which is not available in India and they don't ship to India. So, one had to depend on Instagram and Facebook sellers for it. So, at the end, it is definitely not so cheap for us when we buying it from sellers & re-sellers. But still there are few sellers who are selling it at affordable prices too.
Summing up, Colour Pop Ultra matte lipsticks are perfect matte lipsticks for the matte lover. But again it is so drying on lips that it is hard to carry for hours. But if you don't have the problem with over-drying lips then definitely it is made for you. Else these ultra matte lip colours are not easy to carry for hours.

Finally, I am starting with my mac collection posts one by one from today. I know I kept many posts of Mac on hold as I was waiting for my ultimate package of Mac to arrive as I grab few more things at last moment that still on its way. So, by the time this post will be up I will be waiting for my last package to arrive so once it arrives I will update this post once again ;)
Anyways moving into the collection…
Mac flamingo park collection is one of the most beautiful collections of 2016 that ever launched till now in REGULAR PACKAGING (yay !). The collection that reminds us about Flamingos! A collection that comprises of all Pinks and coral (girl’s favorite shades). The collection that doesn't get the limelight in Mac makeup lover world due to its repetitive shades but tried to draw the attention for its awesome quality.
The flamingo park collection launched 28th January 2016 online and on stores afterwards. It launched in India during May 2016 (sorry, forgot the exact date).
I must admit this collection draws my most attention than all of other collection. Although I brought a little of everything from each collection but I brought huge stuff particularly from this collection. I collect two lipsticks and four blushes from this collection (one more stuff on its way, which I will update here later ;)). So you can call me crazy…lol
From the lipsticks, I bought “BE SILLY” and “HAVE YOUR CAKE”. From the blushes I collect “LIFE’S A PICNIC”, “LET’S BE FRIENDs”, “THIS COULD BE FUN “and “SPRINGFLOCK.”
The reason to brought huge stuff from this collection is firstly I love the quality of the product as Mac most of the time end up with the poor quality of the product in limited edition but this one look like they manufactured this collection with utmost care. Secondly, I bought most stuff in 30% discount from abroad (lucky me!) .
Price of Mac Flamingo Park products:-
Eyeshadow palette:- Rs.3100/- for 0.8g. (9 eyeshadows). Lipsticks: - $17 (Rs.1450/- in India).
Blushes: - $22 (approx..Rs.1600 to 1800/-, I don’t know the Indian price as I bought mine from abroad).

As I promised that I will update my collection of MAC FLAMINGO PARK collection once I receive my pending stuff, so here I am back with the last product review from this collection. It is MAC FLAMINGO PARK EYESHADOW. The palette comes in a regular eyeshadow packaging of Mac cosmetics. It consists of 9 beautiful shades.The palette comes within a sturdy black case which has a transparent lid. All the eyeshadows are visible from outside the palette which is really nice as you can easily find out the shades you want without opening the palette. The palette is actually quite small in size which is little unexpected but again due to its small size, it turns out as a travel-friendly palette. The palette doesn't have any mirror or brush included in it.
The palette consists of some bright colors along with some beautiful transition color. There are the different texture of eyeshadows in this palette. Few shades are quite pigmented while few need a damp brush to get that intense shades on lids. All the eyeshadows work at its best with primer. It is not the first time that I am using Mac cosmetics eyeshadows but I thing I noticed in this new palette is that MAC really took a great care of the quality of the eyeshadows compare to the past.It is a limited edition palette so by the time my post will be up it is out of stock from everywhere, but who knows Mac might repromote all these shades once again in any new collection in near future ;) Over in all, I just love the palette and yeah here are the swatches along with an FOTD that I did one month back for the festive season.

Coming to the lipsticks now...
Be Silly, a hot fuchsia pinks lipstick in a matte finish. The lipstick is a beautiful hot pink that will suit almost every complexion. It has the signature vanilla smell and it stays pretty five to six hours on my lips. I found the lipstick is a bit dry on my lips, maybe due to dry summer of Delhi but I totally love the shade. It glides super smoothly on my lips without any tugging or pulling off my lips and its stays intact as long as it on my lips. I agree that the lipsticks is pretty dupable shadebut when you are a lipstick holder nothing can stop you to grab one more pink lipstick.
Have Your Cake, a bright magenta lipstick in a matte finish. Now this is the lipstick that I was actually craving for from this collection. The shade might look quite similar to Mac flat out fabulous( I will post a comparison swatch below). After Mac flat out fabulous my love for this kind of magenta lipstick increases. The lipstick is another versatile shade that will suit almost everyone. This is the shade that is actually made for every skin tone. The lipstick although matte one but it glides super smoothly on my lips and stays pretty 5-6 hours (mac usually stays almost same on my lips, that’s why I prefer Mac mostly).
In short, it stays intact, no patchiness, no dryness, and no flakiness in dry summer too.

Coming to the blushes next, as I collected four blushes so summing up my experience with all four blushes altogether.
Shades description according to Mac:-
Life’s a Picnic, a hot reddish pink (Matte) Let’s Be Friends, a blueish hot pink (Satin) ,This Could Be Fun, a soft violet-purple (Matte), Spring Flock, a light bright coral (Matte).
My Experience:-
All the blushes from this collection that I bought are super pigmented.
Coming to “Life’s a picnic”, “This could be fun”, “Let’s be Friends”, these are the bold shades blushes that need to be carefully applied on cheek else one could end up look like a clown.
All these three blushes are superb pigmented, so a little goes a long way.The texture of the blushes are quite smooth. They are easily blendable and stay pretty long hours of approx. 4-5 in sweaty summers. These three blushes will go perfectly with every skin tone and they are mostly goes well during night time in any occasion or party.
Coming to Springflock, it is a beautiful daily wear blush that will suit mostly fair to medium skin tone beauties. As it is a beautiful light shade blush so it stays 4-5 hours on my cheek. The texture of the blush is smooth and so it is quite blendable and buildable too. It create a beautiful coral flash of color on my cheek. In short a perfect blush for daytime.
I use a fan brush to apply the heavily pigmented blushes whereas I use my usual blush brush for Springflock one.
Over in all, I really love all the lipsticks and blushes I grab from this collection and I wish they became permanent on the regular line of Mac.
